2 Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use 499bet's services. A national ID card or other government-issued document may be requested for age verification. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account per Person
Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any bonus funds held in those accounts will be forfeited. The return of original deposited funds will be considered in accordance with the applicable policy.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. If an account is registered with false or misleading information, 499bet may suspend or cancel the account at any time.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are currently accepted for deposits on 499bet. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Transactions must be made from your registered mobile number — use of a third-party number is not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the wagering requirement on any bonus funds has been met.
3.3 Suspicious Transactions
In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, 499bet may initiate additional verification procedures and temporarily place the transaction on hold. If activity linked to fraud or money laundering is identified, the account will be permanently closed.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only once the wagering requirement has been completed
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirement; check the terms before claiming a bonus
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the promotion's terms specifically state otherwise
- A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required before claiming any bonus
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited
4.3 VIP Cashback
499bet's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers cashback at a set rate on the weekly net loss. Cashback is calculated as a percentage of what remains after total winnings for the week are deducted from total losses — up to a maximum of 1.2% at the Diamond tier.
5 Gaming Conduct and Prohibited Activities
5.1 Acceptable Use
All games on the 499bet platform must be played for personal entertainment. Any unlawful attempt to influence the outcome of a game is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
- Placing bets automatically using computer programs or bots
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
- Colluding with other users to the detriment of the platform
- Attempting to hack the game software or exploit vulnerabilities
- Placing bets or operating an account using a third party's funds
- Attempting to move unlawful funds through the platform
6 Account Security and Password

8 Account Suspension and Closure
